Information you provide
We receive your name, email, project description and any optional company, material, quantity, dimensions, delivery requirements and files you provide. The source page and selected part or quantity context accompany the inquiry. Submit only information and files you are entitled to share. Discuss an NDA before sending information that requires one.
Uploads and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this site, runs the inquiry service and stores records and files in private R2 storage. Files upload when you add them, before you submit the inquiry. Resend sends inquiry notifications to our business email and a confirmation to your email. The confirmation does not contain drawing download links. Our notification contains private links that expire after 7 days. Anyone holding one of these links can use it until it expires; do not forward them.
Use and retention
We use this information to review your project, reply and prepare a quotation. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Unsubmitted upload sessions expire after 24 hours and their files are eligible for cleanup. Submitted records are retained for handling the inquiry and related business correspondence. Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring sites and page performance. Its analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors. We do not send inquiry fields or drawing contents to Web Analytics. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for information about this service.
Google Analytics, Google Ads and your choices
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find this website, which pages they read and where an inquiry fails or succeeds. Measurements include page categories, interactions, approximate location and device information, file type and size category, and an inquiry reference with quantity and diameter categories after a successful submission. We do not send contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, uploaded filenames, drawings or inquiry notes to Google.
Before you accept, and after you reject, Google receives limited cookieless measurement pings for aggregate reporting and modeling; if you arrived from one of our Google ads, these include the ad click identifier from the page address. We do not permit analytics or advertising cookies until you accept. If you accept, Google Ads may also use cookies and that click identifier to measure whether a click on our ads led to an inquiry. This measurement uses the inquiry event and its categories only, never your contact details, notes or files. Ad personalization and remarketing remain disabled. Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to 14 months.
Your Accept or Reject choice is saved in your browser. If you accept, we also save the first landing page, referring domain and available campaign or ad click identifiers in local storage for up to 90 days, and include them in our internal inquiry notification. If you do not accept, only the current page path and referring domain accompany your inquiry. Source information is not included in your confirmation email.
You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting clears saved source information and existing Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies for this site. It does not erase data already sent; contact us for data requests. See Google’s privacy policy.
Service protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. A necessary, HTTP-only inquiry session cookie lasts up to 24 hours. The service uses a keyed hash of the connection IP for short-lived rate limiting. The inquiry form itself adds no advertising trackers; ad measurement follows your Accept or Reject choice above. Uploaded files are checked for allowed formats and size; these checks are not a guarantee that a file is safe to open.
