On runs of 10,000+ pcs, we work out the process to the second, so the last batch runs like the first.

Batch turned parts with several features
Shafts, sleeves and threaded components that combine turned diameters with flats, cross holes and threads, from trial runs to repeat production.

Questions before the quote
Yong Zhang, our Technical Director, reviews every drawing and asks about the details that decide the process, so the quotation rests on a process we can repeat.

The process, to the second
On runs of 10,000+ pieces we time each operation and remove what does not add value, so the last batch runs like the first. Our unit prices follow from that work.

Are NOW CNC and the factory the same company?
NOW CNC is the export brand of Shenzhen Mingzhouda Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. The brand and the manufacturing operation belong to the same company.
Why do the company and manufacturing addresses differ?
The certificate records a registered company address in Shenzhen and an audited manufacturing address in Dongguan. Both addresses and the certificate holder are shown on our quality page.
Do you export to our country?
We export to customers in Europe and the USA. Tell us your delivery country and terms in the inquiry.
What should I send for a supplier review?
List the company documents, process information and inspection records you need. If the review concerns a particular part, include its drawing revision, material and planned quantities.
Can I visit the factory?
