Turned and cross features
Machine shoulders, bores, flats and cross holes as features of one component. A shared setup keeps accessible features referenced to the same workholding.
CUSTOM PARTS / MADE TO DRAWING
We manufacture custom CNC mill-turn parts in Dongguan, China: shafts, sleeves and threaded components with turned, milled and drilled features.

FACTORY SCOPE
Factory-wide limits and quotation terms. Your drawing decides what is feasible for the specific part.
PROCESS FIT
Mill-turn adds live-tool milling and drilling to turning, so round parts with flats, slots or cross holes need fewer transfers between machines. The drawing and tooling set the machining sequence.

We operate 13 mill-turn machines in our own Dongguan factory. The equipment page lists their models and quantities.

Trial runs from 200 pieces; production runs from 2,000.

Three parts photographed in our Dongguan factory; each caption names its machined features.

Find the closest shape in the part collection and mention it in your inquiry. Block-shaped parts such as the housing are assessed case by case.
BATCH PLANNING
At 2,000 pieces, each part carries 1/10 of the setup cost it would at 200. Your quotation shows the actual unit price for each quantity.
BUYER QUESTIONS
We make custom turned components with milled, drilled or threaded features. Shafts with flats, sleeves with cross holes and threaded parts with wrenching features are examples of the geometry we review. Our focus is complete mill-turn components rather than block-shaped milled parts, which we assess case by case.
