OUR FACTORY / EQUIPMENT

Mill-turn and Swiss-type machines in our own factory

Our own factory has 13 mill-turn machines, 16 Swiss-type lathes, 12 gang-tool lathes, 1 turret lathe and 2 cylindrical grinders. The factory is in Chashan Town, Dongguan.

On runs of 10,000+ pcs, we work out the process to the second on these machines, so the last batch runs like the first.

PREPARE A USEFUL MACHINING REVIEW

What to include with your drawing

  1. Geometry & interfaces

Show the maximum diameter, overall length, slender sections, bores, threads and cross features. Identify the interfaces that locate, seal or move.

  2. Material & quantity

Give the material grade, condition and quantity for each part number. Keep proposed repeat demand separate from the first-order quantity.

  3. Acceptance requirements

Mark functional tolerances, datums, surface requirements and required records. Include any first-article approval stage you need.

EQUIPMENT QUESTIONS

Buyer questions about our machines

Which machines are Swiss-type lathes?

We run 16 Swiss-type lathes: 15 Tsugami and 1 Citizen. Models and quantities are listed above; see Swiss-type turning for the parts they make.

Can a part be finished in one setup?

Often. Mill-turn machines and live-tool Swiss-type lathes turn and mill many parts in one setup. The drawing review confirms whether a second operation is needed.

Can I choose a machine for my part?

Name a preferred machine or route if your purchasing specification requires it, with the reason. We confirm the route in the quotation.
