Eye bore
Define the bore size, face requirements and relation to the stem axis.
Part example 03
An eye-shaped head on a stepped hollow stem. The two axes meet at an angle, so how they relate has to be dimensioned on the drawing.
Define the bore size, face requirements and relation to the stem axis.
Separate mating diameters from nonfunctional clearance sections.
Show where openings connect and specify accessible edge conditions.
When two bores intersect, the drawing should define both axes and the condition at their intersection. The application determines whether additional functional testing is needed.
Review bore size, relative position and internal-edge access as separate checks. Any pressure or leak test requires an agreed specification.
See inspection evidenceWe turn parts from 0.5–200 mm (0.02–7.87 in) OD and up to 300 mm (11.81 in) long, starting at 200 pieces. Our main focus is 1–100 mm (0.04–3.94 in) OD parts in runs of 2,000 pieces or more.
